Snorkelling sites are often the same as the scuba diving sites. Boat moorings are close to the reef and the reef is usually less than a meter below surface. You can easily see most of the things from the surface, and for example dolphins can be seen as often from the surface, as when scuba diving.

With us you can choose between doing a reef only day or visit the Giftun Island for some lazy hours on the beach between the snorkelling.

Care for the corals

Before you jump in the water, you will get some basic directions from our staff. Listen carefully to the briefing and then don your mask, snorkel and fins. In the water you will feel like you found a new dimension. Corals and fish in the most different colors and shapes everywhere you look!

Corals are colonies of very small animals which may take hundreds of years to form the structures you see today. It is very important not to touch, stand or walk upon coral, as a careless mistake could wipe out a whole community. Coral reefs are not only beautiful, they are essential for a rich marine life.

On a normal day we will visit two reefs and stop for a lunch in between. Lunch, drinks and snorkelling equipments are included in the snorkelling trip. Transfers from and back to your hotel in Hurghada is also included in the price. If you feel cold, you can rent a wet suite from the diving center.
